Lipsker & Co. has been engaged in underpinning and reinforcing of buildings for decades.

At sites located in restricted areas, there is great difficulty in allocating parking spaces to residents near or below the building, and sometimes work with small and unique tools is required. In these cases, the contractor requires extensive experience and various capabilities very different from what is required in regular construction work.

Over the decades of activity, we have carried out many projects of underpinning and reinforcing of buildings in Israel. We have various equipment for work in all conditions, including small tools adapted for work at sites with area limitations and complex soil (sandy soil, cracked rocky soil, and under groundwater level, etc.).

Our unique methods enable maximum utilization of valuable underground spaces. The knowledge, experience and unique equipment enable increasing the number of parking areas and basements in the project and, as a result, significantly affect the project's profitability and improvement of the building's value.

Unlike conventional drilling equipment, our unique drilling and excavation equipment and systems mitigate the risk of environmental damage (noise, vibration, dirt, groundwater contamination, etc.). Damage mitigation is especially important when work is carried out near inhabited buildings.
Our company has successfully performed many works at sites characterized by difficult accessibility conditions, e.g., work within narrow spaces, under existing buildings, ceilings, electric lines and more.

The unique equipment at our disposal includes compact, pneumatic and electric drilling machines for performing piles and mini piles with diameters of up to 500 mm under ceilings with a height gap of 2.7 meters or more.
