The Rubinstein Twin Towers project is adjacent to the route for the Light Railway in Tel Aviv. Polymer anchors were installed for this project. After the shaft had been excavated to considerable depth, it was found that the anchors were creeping and a wall collapse was an immediate risk.

The problem: Extremely difficult access and great height.

Lipsker & Co. agreed to execute alternative polymer anchors, replacing the anchors installed by a different contractor.

The method: We built scaffolding along the wall and a very light system was constructed specifically for this project. A heavy lifting crane was used to transport from one site to another. Polymer anchors manufactured by Lipsker&Co. were installed at great height and they were tensioned successfully. This process made it possible to continue with project construction, up to the installation of the ceilings on the walls.
