Manufacture and Marketing of Soil Anchors and Ancillary Products

Lipsker & Co. manufactures and markets a range of geotechnical products, all tried and tested successfully in the Company’s projects and compliant with the highest standards of manufacturing and installation quality.

The service array available to all the Company’s clients includes an automatic, computerized manufacturing facility for permanent and temporary cable anchors.

Computerized Anchor Manufacturing – The Advantages
Strand anchors manufactured by Lipsker & Co. provide maximum protection against corrosion through the use of advanced stranding and greasing equipment. Serial production of permanent and temporary anchors is completed with almost no manual input.
The system cuts the steel cables to the required length and then splits them into individual strands, which are then lubricated with anti-corrosion materials. The cables are then re-stranded in the required lengths and inserted into coating sleeves. This process achieves the highest possible level of protection against corrosion, not achievable using a manual manufacturing process.
This is a special technique used by the leading European manufacturers in the field.

Product Quality
Anchors manufactured by Lipsker & Co. are in full compliance with European, German and the Israeli Standard SI 940 Part 4.2; dated January 2011 (Itzchak Lipsker was on the team involved in writing the standard). The Company’s quality assurance array is ISO 9001 – 2008 certified and under the constant supervision of the Standards Institute of Israel.

High Production Rates
By operating a number of automatic production lines simultaneously, Lipsker can supply its clients with very large numbers of temporary and permanent anchors in a very short time, which is not possible with manual manufacturing processes.
This capability is a highly significant advantage when manufacturing permanent anchors, which require a more complex manufacturing process.

Lipsker Manufactured Anchors – The Advantages

Precise, internal lubrication of every individual strand in the anchor cable provides Lipsker anchors with the highest possible quality and reliability.

The Company also manufactures anchors injected with cement or epoxy mixture grouting using a special injection system ensuring that anchor bonding parts are filled with no cracking. This process improves anchor protection against corrosion to an exceptional level. The entire anchor manufacturing process is supervised closely and carefully by the Company’s engineers at every stage from anchor structure design to manufacturing and installation.
Lipsker & Co. provides its clients with professional support at every stage from anchor design to installation on site.
