A mega underground project. The site is located near the Yarkon River and is characterized by challenging organic clay soil. Approximately 50,000 cubic meters of drilling and casting were executed, including retaining walls, partly below an HV power line, slurry foundations and piles at over 50 meters. Excavation of 200,000 cubic meters of soil, most of which is fat, muddy organic clay. Approximately 800 temporary anchors were installed using a unique injection technique developed by the company. Dewatering of approximately 200 cubic meters/hour using deep reinjection wells. The work was carried out in shifts 24 hours a day, under very difficult excuting conditions.
